Having a personal trainer (or any professionally trained coach) is a must do, especially if you are relatively new to physical fitness training. I can help you avoid or minimize injury and introduce you to more scientifically studied forms of exercise and routines. Years of improper training takes tremendous tolls on your body and some are irreversible. A personal trainer is good motivation until you feel confident to train solo. I can teach you proper techniques and ways to train. Education is a life long venture no matter the life’s subject.
Elliott trains clients at Gold’s Gym or in the privacy of their own home or office. Personal training fees do not include gym membership. Clients must have their own active gym memberships.
