Group Training Programs


Personal training is not just for professional bodybuilders or wealthy people. Everybody can benefit from physical fitness including young professionals, business executives, working moms, stay-at-home moms, new moms who want to get back to their pre-pregnancy shapes, weekend warriors, those in an exercise rut who just need one session to re-energize their workouts, senior citizens, and youth. TFFA customizes your personal training plans to fit you.

Our personal training programs boost your metabolism for effective weight loss and body fat loss. Your daily food diaries are analyzed weekly as well as your weight. Body fat percentage is calculated every four weeks. Cross-training workouts include core training, cycling/circuit training, weight training, sports conditioning, and stairs and beach/boxing circuit. 

One-on-one personal training is the traditional way and is great for those with a tight schedule or those who need extra attention.

Buddy training or small group training is the more affordable option and caters to those who are motivated by peer support and friendship.

Fees

Initial Consultation, 1 session - $125 for 1.5 hours
Each additional fitness assessment, 1 30-minute session - $75
Each additional fitness and nutrition consultation, 1 session - $75/hr
2 people, 1 trainer - $50/hr per person
3 people, 1 trainer - $45/hr per person
4 people, 1 trainer - $40/hr per person
Every 5th session is 50% off
